Yea..because it gets hot fast in here with my oven on, even with central air....So I wanted to get it put in the oven , done before noon.. then when Dale, gets in his supper is ready.. I am fixing a rib-eye Roast, then making gravy , mashed taters , haven't decided which 2 veggies I'll cook as of yet,lol decisions..
